2317 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 2317's services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and apply to all users of the 2317 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 2317 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 2317 platform ("Company"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
2317 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registration requires your full name, a valid phone number, and any other requested information. All details provided must be accurate — accounts using false information or another person's details may be suspended or closed without prior notice. 2317 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account access. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 2317 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact customer support immediately to have your account temporarily frozen.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account are lawful and in compliance with these terms. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or manipulative activity
- Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses
- Using automated software, bots, or systems to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Taking any action that undermines the security or integrity of the platform
Payments, Transactions & Deposit Policy
All transactions on the 2317 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and Public Bank.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them. Deposits made via credit card or other unapproved methods may be declined or frozen pending verification.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit, or in accordance with the applicable verification procedures. 2317 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on your account tier and the method selected.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, can be reviewed in your account settings. VIP accounts enjoy higher limits and faster processing compared to standard accounts.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Termination Rights
The 2317 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company does not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 2317 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Any losses incurred from betting cannot be claimed from the Company.
2317 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:
- Fraud or system manipulation
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Activities that violate Malaysian law
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual
- False or inaccurate registration information
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 2317 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
The 2317 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users access such links at their own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 2317 platform shall be resolved through alternative dispute resolution before being referred to the relevant courts in Malaysia.
2317 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Active users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
